10- Is there a contract? Check that the options you asked for are stated on there clearly, including the price, date and times of the function.

8- How much time is needed for the set up? Ensure that the facility will alloy the rquired time for your DJ to set up and test the sound system before your quests arive. Get the set up time on the contract.
7- How will the DJ be dressed? Will it compliment the atmosphere that you are trying to create at your reception?
6- What kind of music do they play? Make sure that the DJ carries a variety of different Genres of music which may be required for your function.
